Missy Pollard, President, is a licensed insurance agent with CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) and ACSR (Accredited Customer Service Representative) designations. She has been with SIG in the insurance industry since 2006, and brings with her years of corporate and project management experience. As a former city planner and partner in a consulting firm, Missy holds a considerable amount of knowledge in customer service, contracts, policies and procedures; as well as marketing and website development. Missy manages the SIG corporate branding, company contracts, as well as day-to-day operations of the agency. Missy is a graduate of Texas A&M University and Tulane University.
Craig Barclay, VP of Sales and Marketing, began his insurance career in 1982 after receiving his Bachelor of Business Administration at Southwest Texas State University. After spending five years at a small insurance agency in Houston, Craig accepted a marketing position with Highlands Insurance Group. His accomplishments with Highlands include the creation of Louisiana Branch Operations, Dallas Branch Manager, and Corporate Vice President. He left Highlands in 1998 to become an Account Executive for Larry Allen Insurance Agency. In 2000, he accepted an Account Executive position with Swantner and Gordon Insurance in Houston and helped create a branch that has over 25 employees today. In February of 2012, Craig accepted the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing at SIG Insurance Services, LLC. Craig's insurance sales, agency management, underwriting, and risk management experience allow him to create a vision of growth for SIG. Craig holds the professional designation of CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor).
Trish Eller, Accountant, has 30 plus years experience handling the finances for businesses and a non-profit community agency. Trish joined SIG in 2001 as the accountant for the corporate office as well as aiding in the accounting for our outside offices. She is familiar with the various aspects of the accounting functions between insurance companies, brokers, customers and insurance agencies. She is responsible for managing and controlling all aspects of accounting activities for all of our locations.
Julie Rodriguez, Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative, joined SIG Insurance Services in May of 2014. She comes to SIG from Wells Fargo Insurance with 10 plus years of Account Management experience. Julie holds an ISA (Insurance Service Associate) designation, a CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) designation, and an ACSR designation. She is now an Account Executive and Customer Service Representative for the Commercial Lines side of the SIG Marketing and Service Center.
Julie Boyd, Personal Lines Customer Service Representative, joined SIG Insurance Services in May of 2015. She comes from Arthur J. Gallagher & Company with 30 plus years of Account Management experience. She has earned an ACSR (Accredited Customer Service Representative) designation and holds a General Agent license for the State of Texas. She is now an Account Executive and Customer Service Representative for the Personal Lines side of the SIG Marketing and Service Center.
David Perry, Life & Health Insurance Advisor, joined the SIG family in January 2017 creating the Corporate Life & Health division. With over 25 years of experience specializing in Personal & Business Life, Medical-Group and Individual (over and under 65), Long-Term Disability and Long-Term Care asset protection, David offers a variety of services including working in partnership with the SIG P&C locations providing his expertise in product knowledge and education to our agents. David is a powerful force in the workplace and uses his positive attitude and extensive knowledge to assist clients in achieving their objectives.
